Anyone that grew up in Philly or the suburbs grew up with the Philadelphia Zoo! I remember having a red elephant zoo key. They've certainly renovated since the 90s, adding WildWorks Ropes Course, Septa Express Train, giraffe feeding, Zoo 360, and more. This spring 2023 they are adding a new experience: Staying Power: Be Distinct, or Go Extinct! (dinosaurs!!). The zoo offers daily tickets as well as different level family memberships (advance reservations required per their website).
